It’s pretty evident that the piece around which the look has been created is the cardigan. The cardigan here is effortlessly beautiful but styling it wasn’t effortless at all. Since the cardigan was vibrant already I had to stick with basics for my shirt and denims to form a balanced look.

Picking up denims was the easiest part of the job.I went with a straight fitted dark blue denims , straight fitted because the cardigan wasn’t too slim and the pattern of the fit had to be in continuation. And to break the monotony of bright colors I chose a dark color. Having talked about the easiest part I’ll now talk about the most difficult one, which was the choice of shirt. I tried 7-8 different shirts ( basics of course ) belonging to different families of color and nothing worked except a light blue colored denim shirt and it seemed as if the cardigan and the shirt were made for each other.

Now comes another interesting part, the choice of shoes! Since the fit was straight the sole of the shoes had to be broad so I turned to my collection of brogues with a wide sole and picked up this piece of art. Just to make it a little more interesting I added a pair of yellow colored socks with a flavor of orange, to the outfit. And the look is complete!
