India is undoubtedly filthy rich in cultural heritage and with this legacy being continued from centuries we fortunately get to experience tons of heterogeneous traditions and religions, which is unique in its own way. The secularism in this country not just make it bountiful but also gives us a huge opportunity in terms of fashion as each part has something exclusive to offer. From Sherwanis to Bandhgalas to Nehru Jackets , the traditional attires have made their mark worldwide.
Today my focus is not on the cult traditional attires but something which is a class apart and yet can be wore on casual basis which is Kurtas. The intention of today’s ensemble was to add some desi flavour which is why I picked this spectacular Kurta and took a break from the usual tees. Though the duo of Kurta-Pyjama is unmatched but to keep it informal I chose a pair of denims , grey and not blue!!
In my opinion the outfit would’ve been incomplete without the Chunni which can be used in many ways for instance scarf but it’s totally subjective. For the icing on the cake I picked up a Chappal with very descent traditional design and finally added some bead bracelets inspired by the pandits. Go desi!
